In 1993, Rapid City didn’t have a source of fresh roasted coffee, so an idea was born. After purchasing a home roaster from Europe, many hours of roasting, blending, along with trial and error, led to the decision to start the first local roasting company in our region. We opened our doors in 1995 (garage doors originally) and now operate in a 3,200 square foot roasting facility in Rapid City, SD. We remain committed to sourcing and roasting the finest coffees at the best prices we can find.
