Armed with a home roaster from Europe and a dedication to perfection, they began their quest to bring the finest coffee experience to our region. After countless hours of roasting, blending, and experimentation, they proudly opened their doors in 1995, starting out in a humble garage space.
Fast forward to today, and the company has grown from those modest beginnings into a thriving roasting facility located in the heart of Rapid City, South Dakota. While the journey has evolved over the years, the commitment to excellence has remained steadfast. Our physical address now serves as our dedicated roasting and shipping facility, allowing us to focus on what we do best: sourcing, roasting, and delivering the finest Specialty Grade coffee directly to your doorstep.
